Document Checklist
The following information is usually required during the loan process:
- Current pay stubs
- If self employed:
- Personal tax returns (1040's) for the past two years
- K-1 Schedules for businesses listed on your Schedule E
- Business tax returns for the past 2 years if K-1 ownership is 25% or more
- Bank statements for the past two months
- Investment account statements for the past two months
- Retirement account statements for the past two months
- Current Government issued photo ID
If you currently own other Real Estate:
- Mortgage account information
- Home insurance policy
- Current tax bill if property is located outside of NJ
- HOA dues coupon for condos
