Document Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Current pay stubs 
  • If self employed:
    • Personal tax returns (1040's) for the past two years
    • K-1 Schedules for businesses listed on your Schedule E
    • Business tax returns for the past 2 years if K-1 ownership is 25% or more
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • Current Government issued photo ID

If you currently own other Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home insurance policy 
  • Current tax bill if property is located outside of NJ
  • HOA dues coupon for condos
